Our Over the Shoulder wines are great examples of wines that typify varietal characteristics of the Yarra Valley. Wines which are fresh, vibrant and medium bodied.

Fresh, lifted jasmine floral notes, nectarine skin and bosc pear plus light spicy hints. The palate is soft, rich and round with a citrus line that drives the floral and pear fruit to a pleasing, savoury, lip smacking finish.

This Pinot Gris was sourced from our high quality Hazeldene vineyard in Gladysdale.

Traditional methods such as whole bunch pressing, fermentation in oak casks and lees ageing have been used to craft this wine.
