Tasting Notes
Bright ruby with a purple hue. Fresh fruit aromatics leap from the glass with dark cherries, blueberry and plum, complemented with notes of whole bunch spice, white pepper and black olive. The palate is medium bodied with lashings of soft juicy red and blue fruits that cascade along the palate. A delicate plush line of soft tannin is interwoven between the layers of fruit all while holding its shape with a vibrant line a acidity. Soft, juicy and succulent - a wine for now.
Vineyard Notes
A 50:50 blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah. Pinot sourced from our Henk Vineyard in Woori Yallock with the Syrah from vineyards in Coldstream.
Vintage Notes
A long, cool growing season with average crops and abundant rainfall has resulted in wines with outstanding varietal flavour.
